Become a Beneficiary

If you or your business paid the tolls at Route 128, Allston/Brighton, Sumner/Callahan Tunnels, or the Ted Williams Tunnel and you or your business would like to become a beneficiary of the Trust, you can do so at no cost. While there is no guarantee that the Trust will win in court, your joining the Trust as a beneficiary will make it easier to identify and locate persons or businesses who may be eligible for a refund or other benefits if we are successful in obtaining relief.
